Deaerator Head

Indtherm’s Deaerator head is a tailor made engineered system made for long service life and easy maintenance. The system comes in stainless steel construction that can be fitted on boiler feed water tank with provisions of flash steam, condensate and make up water inlet. The perforated screen on both make up water and condensate line provides larger surface area for each and every droplet of water to come in contact with each other, thereby ensuring maximum heat exchange and results in considerably heated feed water. Further leverage to the mixing action is provided by the baffles provided in the mixing unit. Gases entrapped in the system are released to atmosphere through fine profusions designed for the purpose.
