TDS based automatic boiler blowdown system

In manual blow down, the blow down pattern is fixed irrelevant of the change in feed water TDS Automatic Boiler Blow down System or Steam Load on boiler resulting in excess blow down from boiler at times and sometimes lesser blow down. This is not a desired situation.
